 I have found the cure for various health problems in yoga.

According to my Openion the remedy of all illnesses lies in yoga & lifestyles.here are a few of my tips that will help you shed extra kilos.

say goodbye to carbs-


Avoid eating items such as sugar, starchy, like potatoes, and most grains. these foods cause blood sugar to hike and the pancreas to release insulin to excess more sugar into fat.

Drink water frequently -


It is very vital to intake water frequently in our life .instead of intaking highly sugared drinks, drinking water as it helps flush toxins from your body. Several studies found that one should consume 3.9 quarts every day.

Add fiber in your diet-


Fiber helps you to cut your food cravings and act as a natural appetite suppressant.and most of the fiber food is low on the fat content. fiber foods such as ( oats, rye barley, and beans) can have a positive influence on cholesterol that affects the development of heart disease. besides adding fiber food helps you to regulate blood sugar levels, which is important in avoiding diabetes.

Avoid late-night food-


You are most likely to have late-night food or snacks .but you don't know you are at the risk of gaining weight .because your metabolic rate slows down and you are no longer active so you don't burn many calories.so avoid taking late-night food. if your late-night eating includes fatty buttery cheese, ice cream, or something, its time to avoid them.

To increase metabolism eat small meals-


Make it a habit to eat 5-6 small meals every day.its been proven that by eating frequently, you will raise your body's metabolism.in this case your body will burn more calories or fat naturally.

So conclusion is that just avoid taking fatty & High calories food. if you really want to decrease your weight

add some yogas & mild exercise in your daily routine, which helps you to burn your extra calories. every day start your day consuming hot water instead of taking tea or coffee.

I am sure you will see the result in no time .but for that you should be determined.
